CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN AND ENDORSEMENTS

The Chamber considers Certificates of Origin of Non-Preferential Origin which are used as proof of origin of the exported goods to third countries (outside the European Union), when requested by the interested member-company or required by the banking terms of the transaction.

In case the loading of the goods is carried out from Thessaloniki, businesses based in another prefecture can also be served, through their authorized representatives, provided that they are cash-informed in their Chamber and have not issued another Certificate of Origin for the same export.

1) The Certificates of Origin to be validated (sent in word/ pdf format) and the other accompanying or Export Documents will be sent electronically to the email: exagoges@ebeth.gr. In the email it is advisable to indicate exactly what you want, such as for example a Certificate of Origin visa and / or an export document visa, as well as the number of copies.

 2) The payment of the fees of the Certificates of Origin and other export documents to be validated will be made through e-banking No. Account 5238088452172 PIRAEUS BANK IBAN GR 7601722380005238088452172 (reason: issue of export certificates). Reminder regarding the payment amount: 10,24€/P.C. and 5,12€/invoice. The proof of payment should then be sent electronically to the above email.

3) As soon as they are ready, a relevant informative email will be sent by the Export Department and the documents will be received at the entrance of the chamber after telephone consultation, upon presentation of the original invoice and the SOLEMN DECLARATION.
