The Department of Exports is responsible for issuing Certificates of Origin and certifying other trade documents. 
This procedure can be conducted either by using paper documents or electronically, via e-chamber.  
Additionally, the Export Department is issuing Carnet ATA.

ICC Services for SMEs (ICC One Click)

If you wish to expand your business into international markets, you can make use of the ICC One Click tool — a platform developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) that supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in their export activities.
