APPROVALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL WAREHOUSES BY THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL CHAMBER OF GREECE

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki, on the basis of article 9 of the Presidential Decree of 24/05/1985 (Government Gazette - 270 / D / 31-05-1985), "Amendment of the terms and restrictions on the construction of the lands lying  outside the urban plans and outside the boundaries of the legally existing settlements before the year 1923", approves the construction of commercial warehouses within the boundaries of the Prefecture of Thessaloniki.

The approval granted, together with other supporting documents, is submitted to the competent town planning authority for the issuance of the relevant permit. 

By decision of the Administrative Committee, the fees for the approvals for the construction of Commercial Warehouses, from 01/01/2009, are as follows:

Businesses - members of Chambers of the prefecture of Thessaloniki, simple cases 180,00 euro, remaining cases 600,00 euro  

Business - members of other Chambers of the country,  simple cases 360,00 euro, remaining cases 600,00 euro

The Application - Solemn Declaration must be signed and stamped (originally) by the legal representative of the company and then submitted to the Department of Commerce of TCCI.
