PREREQUISITE CONDITIONS FOR TRADE REPRESENTATIVE PERMITS
 

a. Enterprises - members of Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry who are interested in establishing themselves, as Trade Representatives must meet certain required prerequisites defined by Presidential Decree 249/28-6-93 and submit relevant documents to the Registration Department of the Chamber.
 

b. Documents to be submitted are those proving all data required by provisions of par. (a), as they are presented in detail below:

Each document submitted in photocopy form must be properly ratified or should be presented along with the original to be ratified by the Chamber.
 

c. The following documents are required before any enterprise of any legal form is supplied with a trade representative permit:

• SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP: Documents required to have a trade representative permit issued to a natural person
• COMPANY: Documents required to have a trade representative permit issued for a legal entity
